Compressed air filters

The trunk gas filters " MIST " ("TUMAN") are designed to filter large volumes of compressed air from condensed moisture, oil and mechanical admixtures. Usually they are set at the entrance of the pneumatic pipeline into the guild or after the aftercooler in the compressor room. Two-stage air treatment: the first stage is a centrifugal separation (nearly 80% of contamination is removed); the second stage is air filtration via filtering element (filtering up to 99% purity). The following construction allows filters operation to 18 months without filtering elements regeneration.

All filters of this mode are equipped with drainage controllers. We use porous aluminium (PCA) filtering elements with high dirt capacitance, thermal resistance and unique strength capacity (a pressure drop to 25 atm). The output contamination class does not exceed the 2nd class defined in the standard GOST 17433-80. The construction is protected by the utility model patent (certificate) №24398.
